A Highly Impressive Knole Sofa
The sofa, having a padded back, with adjustable hinged ends, retained by traditional covered “pegs”, upholstered in a faded salmon velvet, with bullion thread braid and tassels.
The upholstery has that much sought after faded “elegance” look, which goes so well with early oak furniture. We are reluctant to do anything to the covering as upholstery is a very personal decision, but we would suggest a suitable upholsterer and offer our advice if sought.
